CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking Policies: Please review the guidelines below thoroughly prior to booking your appointment. Booking Policy: All appointments require a valid card on file and a non-refundable deposit to secure your reservation. This deposit guarantees your dedicated treatment time and goes directly toward your final service total. Cancellation Policy: I kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling needs. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service value, as that time was held exclusively for you. No-Show Policy: Appointments missed without any prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Late Arrivals A 10-minute grace period is provided for unexpected delays. After 10 minutes, it may be necessary to modify or reschedule your appointment to ensure the integrity of the schedule.
